Solving7 have come a long way in a very short space of time thanks to the generous sponsorships and donations we have received along the way. From Corporate Social Investment programme sponsorship through to individual donations from people who believe in our mission, Solving7 is dependent on funding to keep doing the work of transforming plastic waste from No7 Plastic into Green Desks for children in Africa and South Africa.
We are. We’re registered in South Africa under the following company details:
We have several opportunities available. If you’d like to invest in Solving7 from a Corporate Social Investment programme, please touch base with Nabila or Sophia on the contact details below. Our goal is to provide a Green Desk delivery to under-resourced schools every month. As we are primarily donor driven, we rely on donations from corporates and individuals alike, and we work in getting batches of desks for 100 children at a time.
Our delivery rate would escalate a great deal if we received greater investment from donors so please know that every Rand, Dollar and Pound counts. We have some of the most experienced team members on board and our expertise in the sphere of non-profit organisations ensures that your donations make a difference in the lives of the communities we serve.

Given the high-volume of plastic pollution and the estimated 95 milllion desks that are needed in Sub-Saharan Africa, we anticipate being around for a very long time to come. In South Africa alone, we have a goal of delivering 300,000 desks to under-resourced schools and communities, and we’re helping to solve the problem of over 95 million tonnes of plastic produced in South Africa every year.
Yes, a number of schools in the Western Cape and Kwa-Zulu natal were the first recipients of a pilot project in conjunction with The Wildlands Trust and we’ve delivered a number of desks to schools in Limpopo last month. We work closely with partners in Government as well as communities to identify communities that would benefit from Green Desks and work toward consistent deliveries every couple of months.
